Account related
1. Can I change my username?
Your username may not be changed. If you wish to have a different username, you will need to sign up for a new account. As every account requires a unique email address, you may wish to terminate your existing account, if you wish to register the new account under the same email address.
2. Can I change my password?
Your password & email can be changed by accessing your settings under My Account.
3. I forgot my password / username. Help!
No worries. Just click on the link below the login panel for help. We will send you a reminder email to get you back on Justin Benedick.
4. How do I delete / terminate / cancel my account in JB?
Just drop us an email, and I will terminate your account for you.
5. I have registered with JB, but I have not received the activation email.
Please check:
1. Your email spam folder. The activation email could be inside.
2. Your email address was entered correctly during registration. If not, please register again.
3. Your email account mailbox is not full. If so, please clear your mail and register again.
If you still fail to receive the account activation email, simply drop us an email and I will help you out. Email justinbenedick@gmail.com . Please note that due to the volume of emails I receive, I may miss out your email. So if you don’t receive a reply from us within 3 days, feel free to drop another email. Thanks.
6. I can’t log into JB even with my correct name and password.
Please close all internet browser windows, clear cookies and cache on your computer, and log into Justin Benedick.com again.
7. My account has been suspended! What happened?
Oh my. You probably have been doing something naughty which violates our term of use. However, if you feel it is an error, please contact us.
8. I have changed my email address. How do I update my account?
Your password & email can be changed by accessing your settings under My Account.

1. What is a JB patron?
JB Patrons is the premium membership of Justin Benedick.com. JB Patrons enjoy a host of privileges, compared to normal registered users. JB patrons get to:
· View unlimited user personals and gallery pictures .
· Gain access to private photos of other users.
· Get your profile featured on our personals page.
· Send up to 150 pinches and messages a day.
· Store up to 200 pinches and messages.
· Upload up to 25 photos in your profile.

2. What is the difference between a normal JB member and a JB patron member?
JB Patrons enjoy a host of privileges compared to normal registered users. Please see the previous question.

3. Can I transfer my JB patron membership to another member?
Your JB Patron membership is not transferable. However, you may wish to purchase our JB patron membership for another Justin Benedick user.
4. How can I subscribe to JB patron membership?
You can sign up for JB Patrons here.
5. How do I know if my JB patron membership is still valid?
JB Patrons have the blue JB Patron icon in their control panel when they log in.
When you first sign up for JB patron members, ccBill (our payment provider) will also inform you of the validity period of the membership.
6. I have recently signed up for JB Patron membership. Is the billing recurrent? If so, how can I cancel it?
I personally hate those invisible recurring bills. As such, JB Patron membership is not a recurring bill.
7. My JB Patron membership is expiring and I want to renew it. How can do so?
